Anandvan Jungle Resort by Leela Resort and Hotels

Location is on the highway away from main city but takes 2 hours form Rishikesh. I liked the location. Food as very good. Swimming pool was well maintained. Supportive staff. Room was decently clean, could have been better.Frequent power cuts and air conditioner does not work on their generator. Apart from swimming pool no other activity. Just enjoy pool and relax whole day as there is nothing nearby to go to.

I recently stayed at this resort in Rishikesh and had a great time. The views were stunning — each morning I woke up to beautiful hills that made the stay feel calm and special. Evenings by the pool were very enjoyable with a relaxing vibe, nice lighting, and perfect spots to chill after sightseeing. The resort is well-kept and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the manager, Rahul. He was very helpful, always ready to assist, and handled requests quickly. His friendly and efficient approach made the trip easier and more pleasant. If you want a peaceful stay in Rishikesh with amazing hill views, relaxing poolside evenings, and excellent service from a manager like Rahul, I definitely recommend this place. However, there are some downsides the owner should address, such as unpleasant room odors, doors and windows needing repairs, many insects in my room, and the pool water should be changed every 10 days. It could be improved. Overall, I’d rate this property 8/10 and believe it has potential to be even better.

Service was very bad. The seat had lots of small insects. No towels or water in the room. The mirror was broken. Staff were very rude.
