The staff was really well behaved and it seems like a go-to wedding venue. The rooms were large and had the needful supplies. However the room I was staying in had a terrible drainage system in the bathroom and the entire floor was filled with water while taking a shower. Super inconvenient during my stay.

Good property close to airport. Clean toilet with hot water, comfortable bed, functional airconditioning system. They serve a nice breakfast also.

booked luxury room, far from luxury, mould on windows, broken mirror, missing wallpaper and chunks of plaster missing from walls. Room had interconnecting door with another room, might as well have been wide open all night as no sound proofing from neighbour who had TV and talked on phone very loud most of the evening. Could not get the lights working later in the evening either, got sorted in the morning as we left for the airport. Oh and pool was out of order, funny how theses hotels don’t let you know before hand for fear of you cancelling beforehand.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room and ambience were decent, my overall experience was very disappointing. Unlike other reputed 4- and 5-star properties, this hotel has extremely restrictive and unreasonable policies. Guests or friends are not allowed in the room under any circumstances. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and showed no sense of customer service.As a bride-to-be, I had booked the room to get ready, but the management refused entry to my makeup artist and hairstylist. Later, I was even stopped from taking pictures on my personal phone in ethnic attire unless I paid an additional 35,000 (reduced from their so-called “charges” of 1 lakh). They even went so far as to claim theirs is the most expensive hotel in Delhi NCR, saying “Grand Bharat is nothing in front of us” — which was honestly laughable. Such policies are unacceptable and should have been clearly disclosed on booking portals. No hotel should restrict guests from taking photos on their own devices.The washroom was poorly maintained—the fittings were leaking, and the toilet was not cleaned before check-in. Despite complaints, the staff showed no empathy or understanding, completely ruining what should have been a special day for me.The owner needs to seriously reconsider these policies and train the staff properly. Good service attracts customers naturally; exploiting them with unreasonable rules only drives people away.Hence giving 1star
