Ground floor rooms are great true royal mess, but first floor rooms are normal rooms only also their service is very pathetic no hot water in rooms, No room service, no power backup option.

A gem in the vicinity of Chittorgarh. A fantastic place to stay with 18 elegant rooms in a property that is about 500 years old in the town of Bassi about 18 kms from Chittorgarh fort.Rooms: Truly amazing.Service: Top class.Food: amazing.From the owner Col Ravijay (Retd) who had many interesting stories to share to Mr Mohan who is the manager and his subordinates, this place is very hospitable.Chittorgarh fort is about 25 mins drive most of it on an excellent national highway.A must visit place for a quite and enriching stay.

Price are too high. No activities are available for children. Not value for money.Staff is good. Food is good.

I rarely write reviews, but my stay here was so frustrating that I feel it’s important to warn others. From the start, check-in was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming uninterested in helping. The room itself was a huge letdown’dirty carpet, stale smell, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly (there was hair in the sink and mold in the shower).The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Breakfast was advertised as ’buffet,’ but it was extremely limited, cold, and not replenished even when things ran out.When I raised my concerns at the front desk, the staff responded dismissively instead of trying to resolve the issues. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but unfortunately neither was provided.
