Iam from mp. Iam the guest of bb resort. The room is ok.. And the service is okAnd the boy behavior is good.. I giving 5 star rating to this resort this is very nice.. Rachna’s Black Beach Resort is an average property overall.As soon as we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. It was very old, and the outdoor unit was installed right next to the window, making a very loud noise. Because of the continuous AC noise, it was difficult to sleep properly throughout the night.Additionally, loud music was played near the swimming pool area, which caused disturbance during the afternoon as well.The property has potential, but maintenance and noise management need significant improvement

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite confirming our booking the previous day, the receptionist claimed there was no booking and no rooms available when we arrived. We were then redirected to a different hotel, as they apparently have three properties with the same name, which itself was quite confusing.We had to spend around 20 minutes at the reception waiting for confirmation from Ixigo Travel Guru. The staff mentioned that they do not have a direct association with Ixigo and are not informed promptly about bookings made through them. If that is the case, they should reconsider accepting such bookings instead of putting guests through unnecessary stress.We had booked a deluxe room for 3 adults for around ’4,800 including taxes, but the room provided was very basic and absolutely not worth the price. It looked completely different from the images shown on the app. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were not provided initially. The bathroom had a foul smell, the heater was not working, the AC had no remote, and the Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor.To make matters worse, despite confirming the previous evening that breakfast was included in our package, the next morning the restaurant staff informed us that our booking was ’room only.’ Once again, I had to approach the reception to clarify this.Overall, the coordination between the hotel and Ixigo Travel Guru seems extremely poor, and guests end up suffering because of it. This was not our mistake, as we booked through a legitimate platform. I would not recommend booking this hotel via Ixigo until these issues are properly resolved.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. Even though I confirmed the booking on the prior day over phone, while check-in the receptionist was like they don't have a booking in my name and even no rooms vacant. And I had to go a different hotel other than the one they shared with me as the location as they have three different hotels in the same name. Again I had to spent some 20 minutes at the reception desk waiting for the confirmation from ixigo travel guru. They hinted me that they don't have any direct association with ixigo and so they won't be informed about the bookings via travel guru. We actually booked a deluxe room for 3 adults for around 4.8k including the taxes. We got a very basic room which was not at all worthy for the amount. The hotel service was very bad, even though our package was for 3 adults they didn't even provide the basic necessities like towel, toiletries. The bathroom had some bad smell, heater was not working, Ac didnt have remote. As I was skeptical about their services I had to make sure that they will provide us breakfast so I confirmed it with the staff on the previous day evening that our package included breakfast. Still we had to struggle. On the next day morning as we went directly to the restaurant the staff had informed us that our booking is 'room only '. I again had to talk with the receptionist over there to verify the package. If they don't get any proper information about the booking via ixigo why not just cancel the service then rather than fooling us. It's not my mistake that I booked via ixigo travel guru. I didn't feel great after we stay for 1 night in black beach resort.We suppose to get garden view as discussed with make my trip , finally we got hotel type ground floor.when we ask for better room as we had kid there response we are sold out.Black reach have multiple properties in varkala,my recommendation if you get black beach property go for sclif black beach resort or malavikas black beach.No service at all in room.Overall bad experience with my stay .
