We stayed here for three nights. Room number 301.It's not as good as reviewed.Rooms are big and specious. Food is good.but service and experience is not good. There are some basic problems :You can see there is gap between door and floor. It's almost one inch gap. So Outer noise were continuous disturbing and same way our voice was also going out. I have never see such big gap between floor and door in hotel.U can see quality of the hangers, press board. They do not believe in giving good service. After two days of my stay liquid shop was empty and I forgot to check before bath so I have to take bath without shop. Certain basic discipline and basic services are totally missing. They do not provide conditioner so carry your own although they claim it's four star hotel. Ambience is not only thing which we like but there are basic curtecy and services are more important while experiencing long stay.I am disappointed with their behaviours.Every day I have to remind them for hand towel, body lotion and they bring it one by one so after every two minutes door was knocked and u have to get up to get your things, which finally forces me stopped asking for any thing.As per season it's prize wise little high but even after paying you will not get best experience while staying here.
