Unclean rooms, poor bathroom hygiene and slow service

There was nothing, nothing at all in the room, no towels no tissues, no space, keys were not working, the kettle was broken, the switches were broken, make a weird sound, TV didn’t work, no Wi-Fi nothing at all.

They may tell you they have ample parking, but it's actually just an empty space under the metro pillar where construction is going on. If that area gets full, you'll have to park on the main road. If possible, it's better to visit by cab.The service was just average’not bad, but nothing exceptional either. Overall, I'd suggest **not going with high expectations**.

This hotel is on my favourite list in terms on food and quality of service they provide this was my second time stay with this hotel but however I’ve waited more than 3 hours for check in my rooms due to some other person didn’t checking out on time. This was so disappointing as i was tired after travelling so long and needed rest.check in timing was 12:00 but I got room after 3:40 hotel staff need to work on this on a serious note because I already booked hotel 1 month prior my stay . After all it was good 6days stay .

It was an invitation of retirement party which I enjoyed really well. Space was for 50 persons with good furniture, good decoration, classic ambience etc. Food quality was good, veg and non veg, both options were there. Soft drinks were of good quality. Starters, sweets etc. Were delicious.’’??
