I had a very disappointing experience at FabHotel Fab Morro, Paschim Vihar, Delhi.We booked the hotel online through Agoda and completed the payment successfully in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist continuously kept asking for our phone number and showed us some incorrect details in their system. Even after we provided valid government-issued IDs and all the required documents, the staff continued to create unnecessary issues instead of assisting us professionally.The entire experience felt unorganized and suspicious. As paying guests who had already completed the booking and verification process, we expected a smooth check-in, but unfortunately, that was not the case.I would advise travelers to be cautious before booking this hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Moreover, the bathroom door locks were defective, which reflects poor maintenance and a lack of basic attention to guest safety and comfort.

My terrible experiences with this booking: Hotel informed on my telephonic enquiry on previous night (about 11.30 night) that my booking of 12 rooms is cancelled. No written Or email. Agoda helpline numbers written on booking receipt did not work. My entire money is lost.

I had to book this hotel because it was near my boyfriend’s exam venue, where I would join him after. We had it booked for 3 nights. The staff didn’t even offer housekeeping throughout the entire stay. The pillowcases were stained and we had to ask repeatedly to have them changed. There were mosquitoes in the room. They did have a liquid repellant in the room which you plug, but that didn’t seem to work. The door to the balcony also does not lock. The only plus side to this hotel was the guy who helped us with the luggage as we were leaving.
