Clove Boutique Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever encountered. The manager and staff do not respond properly. The ACs are not functioning, there are frequent power outages, bad odors, and the restrooms are unclean. Honestly, I would give this hotel a zero rating. The only positive is that the location is easily accessible.

Complete disappointment. We arrived at this hotel at 1 a.m. and were assigned rooms where the AC was broken, bathroom fixtures were missing, the rooms smelled bad, and the Wi-Fi was not functioning. We spent two hours checking each room to see if the basic amenities were working, but none were acceptable. The receptionist and service staff responded poorly. They expected us to compromise even though we had already paid, which is unfair. We were misled by the excellent photos and videos. I strongly advise against booking here or recommending this place to anyone.

Everything was great. The staff were all friendly and the rooms were nice. Very cooperative. Had a good sleep.

This hotel provided a very poor experience.
