My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The actual property and room were not at all like the pictures shown on Agoda. The TV was not working properly, and the cleanliness was also not up to the expected standard. There was an unpleasant and unusual smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.Another major issue was that there were no proper food or beverage facilities available at the hotel. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations created by the photos and description on Agoda. I hope the management improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest facilities.
