☆☆☆☆ (1/5)Maine Deluxe Room book kiya tha, lekin check-in ke baad bahut hi ghatiya aur third-class room de diya gaya. Kai baar request karne aur lagbhag 10 baar reception par jaane ke baad bhi room change nahi kiya gaya. Har baar bas yahi bola gaya ki hotel full hai.Room ki condition bhi bahut kharab thi. Is wajah se majbooran mujhe checkout karna pada. Meri nazar mein yeh hotel apne guests ke saath dhokha karta hai. Jo room book karte hain, woh nahi dete aur baad mein bahane banate hain.Main kisi ko bhi is hotel ki booking karne ki salah nahi dunga.
बहुत खराब अनुभव रहा। मैंने Deluxe Room बुक किया था, लेकिन जो कमरा दिया गया वह बिल्कुल भी डीलक्स जैसा नहीं था।- कमरे के मेन डोर का लॉक टूटा हुआ था, जो सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से गंभीर लापरवाही है।- AC ठीक से कूलिंग नहीं कर रहा था।- बेड से लगातार आवाज़ आती थी।- TV का रिमोट उपलब्ध नहीं था।- पीने का पानी सील्ड बोतल की जगह कैंपर से भरकर दिया जा रहा था।- होटल में पार्किंग की व्यवस्था नहीं थी, इसलिए गाड़ी सड़क पर किसी के घर के सामने पार्क करनी पड़ी।- चेक-इन करने वाले स्टाफ का व्यवहार अच्छा और विनम्र था, लेकिन सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ में से एक व्यक्ति मेरी मंगेतर को लगातार घूर रहा था, जिससे हम दोनों असहज महसूस कर रहे थे। होटल प्रबंधन को ऐसे व्यवहार पर ध्यान देना चाहिए।कुल मिलाकर मेरा अनुभव बेहद निराशाजनक रहा। इतनी कम सुविधाओं और खराब व्यवस्था के बावजूद इस कमरे को Deluxe कहना उचित नहीं है। मैं इस होटल की सिफारिश नहीं करूँगा।
