I had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn Metropolis Mumbai and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived at around 4:30 a.m. after a long journey from North America, I had a exceptional service. I was quite stressed and unsure about the early morning check-in, but Fawad at the concierge made the entire process incredibly smooth, welcoming, and stress-free.Special thanks to him for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. He genuinely made my stay a very pleasant experience. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and always greeted guests with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The restaurant is also excellent, the food is delicious, and the service there was equally impressive. What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. It truly felt like they cared about making guests comfortable.I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return whenever I visit Mumbai again. I would also gladly recommend this hotel to friends, family, and anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay while exploring Mumbai.
