The local lodges offer better rooms, but the AC units here are not functioning. Despite informing the reception, there was no response from their side. The service is really poor.

I tried to book a room for a wedding, but the staff informed me that the hotel does not provide rooms to local residents for wedding purposes. When I asked for further clarification, the staff member walked away without explaining the policy, which was very unprofessional.If this is indeed the hotel's policy, it would be better to clearly display a notice stating that local bookings for wedding purposes are not accepted. This would help avoid confusion and improve customer communication.
