FabHotel F9 NFC

Never recommending nor using fabhotels ever.1. Booked F9 NFC hotels by advance payment for 6th, however the said gave room to others. Moreover they said they were gonna mark us as NO SHOW whereas i confirmed I was reaching.I was travelling with my parents who are senior citizens and my kid who is only 5 years old and my wife. I booked 2 rooms.It was the worse experience roaming around Delhi for hotel as they allotted rooms and provided booking confirmation also.Overall worse, thank you FABHOTELS, no chance I will ever use fabhotels.

I will never recommend or use FabHotels again. I prepaid for a room at F9 NFC hotels for the 6th, but they gave the room to someone else. They even said they would mark me as a no-show, even though I confirmed I was on my way. I was traveling with my elderly parents, my 5-year-old child, and my wife, and I had booked two rooms. It was a terrible experience wandering around Delhi looking for a hotel after they had confirmed the booking and assigned rooms. Overall, it was the worst experience. Thanks, FabHotels, but I will never use your services again.

They spoiled my 22nd Wedding Anniversary. Even for the bathroom door mat, i had to ask them. Very very poor room service. Staff is completely irresponsible. I had very bad experience. I stayed there for three nights, second day evening when we returned from sight seeing, they had not cleaned the room, we had to force them clean the room and change the bed covers and pillow covers. Third night, though I informed them while going in the morning, when I returned completely exhausted in the late evening, they had not cleaned the room and had not changed the bed cover and pillow covers. I requested them several times. I got bugged up, I requested the staff to give me bed spread and pillow covers, I had to change them myself. In my life time, this is the first time in a hotel, staff and management have brought me to this bad level. Today morning, I had my train to Agra a 8.10, I requested them the previous night itself to keep all the bills ready, but no response. In the morning, no hot water for bath. Without bath I had to leave the hotel painfully. I had very bad experience at Hotel Admire in New Friends colony, Taimoor Nagar, New Delhi.
