FabHotel GRK Comforts

One of the best looking worst managed hotels in the prime location.We booked whole hotel for guests of wedding. The following is our observation ;1. Hygiene Standards are at lowest2. Bed sheets and pillows not washed3. If there’s a bulk booking like ours, staff go missing trying to escape the services.4. One guest forgot to hand over the plastic Keychain and the owner of the hotel calls to demand one whole day’s rental in exchange of the keys which costs 5/- in reality.5. As soon as our guests arrived, the lift stopped working and they had to climb 4 floors.6. No parking facility even for 2 cars in the vicinity.7. Book this place if you are insanely good hearted to pay them.

Apart from there not being an Android tv, everything in my room was perfect, there all the facilities were provided and everything was perfect, staff was kind and accomodating and everything was good. Location is fantastic. Would visit again.

The room cleanliness was very poor. We stayed for a day and had to shift 3 rooms same day due to bed bugs everywhere and cockroaches. AC was also not working.Bedsheets, towels , pillow everything was very dirty and of poor quality.

I would strongly advise against booking with Fab Hotels. I reserved a room two days in advance and had to follow up multiple times just to receive a confirmation email. On the day of check-in, they unilaterally changed the reservation code and asked me to make the payment again, which I declined.Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that no rooms were available and that they could not locate my reservation at all. Additionally, the reservation code was altered without my consent, and the amount I had already paid has not been refunded or transferred.To make matters worse, I have been receiving repeated calls from different representatives at Fab, which has been extremely frustrating.Overall, a very disappointing and inconvenient experience. I recommend using more reliable platforms such as MakeMyTrip or Booking.com instead.
