Five Elements Hotels North Avenue

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were tidy, the staff was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I also went to the nearby Orange Spa, which offered a soothing experience with excellent service. Definitely recommend it.

Rooms are overrated... reception staff are arrogant... rude behavior towards female guests... food and complimentary breakfast are just okay... I rate it 3 out of 10

Apart from that, my experience was extremely disappointing.Negative Points:Staff behavior was highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality etiquette.The property felt more like a dharamshala or budget guest house rather than a properly managed hotel.Housekeeping standards were poor, and cleanliness was below expectations.Rooms were not maintained properly and required immediate attention.Service response was very slow, and guest requests were ignored.Front office staff appeared poorly trained and lacked customer service skills.The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not suitable for families or business travelers.Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly.Management did not seem interested in resolving guest concerns.The value for money was extremely poor compared to similar properties in the area.Overall: Except for the convenient location, I would not recommend this property due to poor service, inadequate maintenance, and unprofessional staff behavior.
