Only the negative thing is the kichen preparation.We only took butter tost. Apparently there was no butter & tost can be gutted only with the water. After that we decided not to take any thing from the Hotels Kichen.But tea was very satisfactory.
Surrounding area worst
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the staff were highly unprofessional, especially when handling my special requests.Although the room itself was acceptable, the washroom was leaking and had an unpleasant smell. The hotel’s location was also extremely crowded and noisy, making it difficult to have any peace or privacy.What was most disappointing was the hotel’s lack of willingness to assist or resolve these issues. Despite the problems I faced during my stay, my request for a refund was denied, and the staff did not make any meaningful effort to help.Overall, choosing this property was a completely wrong decision. I expected much better service and hospitality, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I strongly request that the management reconsider my refund request and take responsibility for the poor experience provided.
