MORNING BUFFET AND DINING EXPERIENCE at the hotel was highly disappointing, with very limited options and poor overall quality. Serious no for morning breakfast buffet.Additionally, the attitude of Mr. Tripathi at the reception was extremely unprofessional. He lacked basic courtesy in communication, and his choice of words was inappropriate and discourteous. Despite having already paid for three days, he demanded payment for the following day, even after being clearly informed that I would be checking out the next day.The hotel management should seriously consider improving both the dining experience and the professionalism of its front desk staff. Reception is the face of any hotel, and it is essential to have sensible, courteous, and customer-oriented personnel in such an important role.

I had a very disappointing experience at Fairyland Clarks Inn, Bhopal. The stay was honestly pathetic. The rooms were in extremely poor condition, and the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Basic hygiene standards were not maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable.The staff was also unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of attentiveness and service quality, which added to the overall frustration. I expected much better standards, especially considering the brand name.I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in room maintenance, cleanliness, and staff training.

Had a wonderful experience at Fairyland Clarks Inn, Bhopal. The Front Office (FO) team was very welcoming and handled everything smoothly from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and professionalism made the visit comfortable and pleasant.

I am extremely disappointed with the pathetic service and complete mismanagement at this restaurant. I had specifically booked a table in advance for the rooftop seating area, as that was the main reason for choosing this place. The booking was confirmed, and we planned our evening accordingly.However, when we reached the restaurant, we were casually informed that there was no rooftop booking available because a private function was going on. Shockingly, they claimed there was no record of our reservation at all. There was no prior call, message, or any form of communication to inform us about the event or cancellation. This is highly unprofessional and irresponsible.What made the experience worse was the indifferent attitude of the staff. Instead of apologizing sincerely or trying to arrange an alternative solution, they behaved as if it was completely normal to disregard confirmed bookings. We were left standing there, embarrassed and frustrated, with no proper explanation.If the rooftop was unavailable due to a function, why accept bookings in the first place? And if there was an internal error, why wasn’t the customer informed in advance? Basic courtesy and customer service were clearly missing.We had chosen this place for a special outing, and the entire mood was ruined because of their poor management and lack of accountability. A reservation should mean something. If a restaurant cannot honor confirmed bookings or communicate changes properly, it seriously reflects on their professionalism.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time and plans. Please improve your booking management system and train your staff to handle customers respectfully.
