Greenwood Resort

Nice place to chill.Ambience of the resort is really beautiful. But restaurant in the resort doesn't have much varieties of food also I felt over priced.

I went on a busy day. So that's why may be service was a little slow. But all the items that we ordered were delicious. The kebab platter, grilled chicken and grilled prawns were delish. Greenwood resort have so much outdoor space that it always feels less crowded. The staff were really attentive and cooperative. Overall I and my friends thoroughly enjoyed.

The name perfectly suits the place with its stunning natural vision. Rooms are luxurious, though I didn't taste the food, it seems quite delicious. Most importantly, the staff are so kind and friendly.

My cousins and I went there in the evening to grab a bite, and we decided to order a pizza. It turned out to be absolutely delicious fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. On top of that, the overall vibe of the restaurant was really pleasant. We enjoyed our time there so much that it felt like the perfect place to relax and have a good meal together.

Review of Greenwood Resort (Restaurant Visit)I visited Greenwood Resort today for lunch. At first, the vibe was good and most of the staff seemed helpful. However, unfortunately, our experience with the waiter who served us was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, his behavior towards us was uncomfortable and dismissive, as if we were visiting such a restaurant for the first time. He didn’t serve us properly, though I still tried to stay positive and enjoyed the food initially.Things took a serious turn when I found insects in my drink (lime water/lime soda). When I informed the waiter, he simply took the glass without any explanation. He did ask if I wanted a replacement, but I refused. What shocked me most was his response when I told him this is unacceptable at such a restaurant’he just said ’sorry’ and then tried to hug me. This was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uneasy.Later, when I asked to get the leftover food packed, the packaging was of very poor quality. Oil was leaking from the box, and honestly, even a roadside stall would have packed it much better. For a place that charges a premium, this level of service and packaging is unacceptable.As a tour coordinator, I have visited several 3, 4, and 5-star hotels across India’including places like Chokhi Dhani (Jaipur) and Snowbloom (Manali). I have never before felt the need to write a review. But the behavior and unprofessionalism I experienced here compelled me to share this feedback.I am giving Greenwood Resort 2 stars only as a fair rating, since I did not stay in their rooms and am only reviewing the restaurant experience. Otherwise, the service I received today deserves 1 star.I don’t want apologies, but I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Please don’t compromise on basic standards like food hygiene, professional conduct, and proper packaging’these are the least customers expect when they choose to dine at a reputed place like this.
