Hotel Airport Transit

There were a few mosquitoes in the room, and they bit us throughout the night. It would have been helpful if the hotel had provided mosquito repellent in the room. Thats why only 3 star!

Our family had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The manager, Umesh, initially assured us that the refund would be processed once Agoda contacted the hotel about our booking. However, after giving this assurance, he stopped answering calls from both us and Agoda. This was very frustrating since we had booked and paid through Agoda and expected the hotel to honor the manager's promise. Sadly, the rest of the management team was no better. Their communication was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, we were left trying to get a response from the hotel. This kind of behavior is especially disappointing from a hotel, where basic politeness, accountability, and customer service should be standard. Promising a refund and then becoming unreachable is not acceptable treatment for a guest. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The management's handling of the situation was far below what one would expect from a professional hotel.

I reserved a large room but was given a small one instead. When I requested a refund, they denied it and shouted at me, which was very scary. The staff here are very unprofessional. There are many other hotels nearby, so it would be wiser to choose a different place.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was tidy, roomy, and very cozy, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job daily. The employees were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and straightforward. In summary, I had a wonderful experience and would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

The price was too high for what the hotel offered. I paid for breakfast but it was not served. There was no hot water or towels available. The staff seemed inattentive and uncaring. I was pressured to write a review before I could leave; the man at the front desk even took my phone and posted a 10-star review himself. On the way to the airport, he called the taxi driver to remind me to submit the review, even though I already had. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only positive was the comfortable bed. The electricity kept going out every 10 minutes, which was very frustrating.
