I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The food in your hotel is very good.

Booked two night stay with the property through Expedia. Called the property to inform of late arrival and late check-in. I was told that the property no longer honor reservation from Expedia. They didn't even bother to communicate this fact for confirmed booking.

Very bad experienceI will not recommend to stay in this hotelService is really bad . Every service you want they will take atleast 1 hr with continuous follow up .As per my experience ,I told for towel - they are saying towel is not available and when I complaint to higher authority then they arrange after 1 hrSimilar experience for drinking water , shampoo, breakfastThey confirmed that Morning breakfast start at 8 am but not received breakfast till 8:40 as there is no staff/cook to prepare foodOne one good thing is that you can enjoy take off of flights from terrace

100% true review, corruption in hotelsNot at all common sense staff, no respect for the customer. This review is based on my knowledge of staying in hotels, I have stayed in every hotel of India mostly... people giving 5 start r not use to the hotels or hotel requested to give 5 stars. Fake..I took a hotel room, nd in just 1-2 hrs not more than this had to leave ... asked for a favor that, please do atleast some favor charge less. they denied asked full amount of money.after that I said, I will not choose your hotel I m telling just to reduce some amount. They said we can't, next time will give discount.. nd it's not a good hotel also, bed sheet were dirty like some one has vomit on it.. said to change, after that smell in room called nd said atleast spray the room freshener, it's only used for wrong things. Bathroom were old and dirty. Highly not recommended.
