The receptionist behaves very poorly. There is no daily cleaning. The receptionist is very rude and impatient. Be cautious. Sometimes they threaten to involve the police if you request something they don't have.

I booked this hotel through Agoda and when I came to the hotel to check in, the person at the reception took us to another hotel saying we all are same. The room quality of the other hotel was worst in term of cleniness and size, so we strictly denied staying at the other hotel and asked them to provide room in the apple villa we booked for. Not happy with the service ( basic service - drinking water) - had to ask multiple times to provide water jug, even the bedsheet was not cleaned and the room was not setup before our arrival. Staff was drunk and when asked for water , they asked us to fill the bottle from the air cooler in the basement.
