I booked **Hotel Apple Villa, Paharganj** for my guests (4’6 September 2026) after selecting it based on the photos and amenities shown online.When they arrived, the hotel refused to accommodate them in Apple Villa and shifted them to a different hotel, claiming it was their property. This was done without informing me or taking my consent.The replacement room was in poor condition and had a severe **bedbug (khatmal)** problem, making the stay very uncomfortable.This was a misleading experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

I reserved Hotel Apple Villa, Paharganj for my guests from 4–6 September 2026, choosing it based on the online photos and amenities. However, upon arrival, the hotel denied them accommodation at Apple Villa and moved them to another hotel, which they claimed was their property, without notifying me or getting my approval. The alternative room was in bad shape and had a serious bedbug (khatmal) infestation, causing a very unpleasant stay. This was a deceptive experience, and I would not suggest this hotel.

Except for that Thin short boy receptionist everything is good. But his rude and abusive behaviour is very impractical. Apart from this even if you ask for your own list goods the receptionist thin guy will threaten you for Police complaint. Such fools and Pathetic people.
