I want to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was well below acceptable hospitality standards and caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort. From the start, the staff's behavior was unsatisfactory. The reception team was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help with our concerns. When we tried to discuss these issues with the owner, the response was just as unprofessional and inappropriate. Instead of addressing the problems or offering solutions, our complaints were ignored and handled without any courtesy or concern for guest satisfaction. The room's condition was also unacceptable. It seemed unhygienic and poorly maintained at check-in. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work properly all night, making the stay very uncomfortable. There were also frequent power outages, which further disrupted our stay and reflected badly on the hotel's maintenance. Moreover, the room was very small with a low ceiling, creating a cramped and uncomfortable space. The facilities did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort or quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I regret choosing this hotel. I would not recommend it to others unless major improvements are made in customer service and facility upkeep.

The location is close to the Golden Temple, which is the only positive aspect. There is no power backup, no drinking water provided (you must buy bottled water), bathrooms are subpar, bedsheets are damaged, and pillows are poor quality. This place is only an option if you have budget limitations. The staff showed no professionalism. They charged extra for a water bottle we didn't take, billing us for two when we only had one. They also demanded more money than the online price when we asked to extend our stay. Be very cautious as they seem very greedy and won't even provide simple water without charging.

I reserved an AC double bed room through Goibibo. Check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM and went smoothly. The hotel is conveniently near Shri Harminder Sahib (Golden Temple), Durgiana Temple, the railway station, and the bus stand. However, water supply was unavailable for the first two hours due to maintenance. The support staff was unfriendly and did not assist elderly guests with their heavy luggage to the third floor, which was challenging because there were no lifts and the staircases were narrow and curved. Despite asking for water, the staff refused, saying, "mujhe kab bola, mein kyun du?" even though I had requested it an hour before. We received only one towel and no soap. The room was not cleaned during our stay, and the dustbin was not emptied. Overall, the experience was mixed.

Allowed early check-in 5 hours ahead, booked on the same day without prior reservation. Despite network problems due to wifi not functioning, it was an ideal budget accommodation.
