Yesterday i went to al zam zam as i already tried their biryani it was always in good with great quantity but yesterday i ordered full plate mutton biryani but i disappointed because the piece was less and also quality of biryani is not like full plate also their service was low i told the staff to replace that water bottle with chilled water bottle after asking for 4 5 times they replace the service was very low also the biryani was thandi also when i went to wash my hands in sink the sink was so dirty and waha gutka gira hua tha sink mai that was so distinguish......ek time tha al zam zam was my all time favorite for non veg but this time i was so disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I am a 19 year old boy living and born in nagpur I've been visiting here since I was around 13-14 but after Covid this was my first visit despite my Will my mom wanted to come here today cause she liked this place always while craving biriyani from sheru bhai biriyani I said yes to my mom's dicision and came here to al zam zam and we ordered two plates of biriyani one chiken and one mutton and the bill came 814 with taste that felt like boiled rice with pieces of chicken and mutton and quantity like half plate one thing we liked and everyone should try is chaas it's excellent here but got really disappointed this time maybey last visit here at al zam zam

Not as expected, two times I have disappointed here. First one was I took biryani takeaway, biryani rice was not cooked properly.Second time dine in, I had biryani at 12 :45, it was served very cold. That means they served stale biryani. Pieces were Balck in colour, I told the staff, just they reheated it and served.Worst experience ever. Not worth paying the price for this kind of Biryani.
