This is the worst experience i ever had. The staff behavior was worst, no cleanliness rooms, no water in the washrooms.

1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Stay at Hotel Century InnMy experience at Hotel Century Inn was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I expected.* 🚱 No water: There was no proper water supply during the night and even in the morning.* 🛏️ Wrong bed arrangement: I booked the room for 3 adults, but they provided a bed suitable for only 2 people. I ended up having to sleep on the floor.* 🩸 Unhygienic mattress: The mattress had blood stains, which was absolutely unacceptable.* 🧹 Poor cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned and the overall hygiene was very poor.* 🤢 Bad smell: The room had a strong and unpleasant smell throughout the stay.* 😡 Rude staff: The staff’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns.* 📞 Bad customer service: Our complaints were not handled properly, and there was very little effort to provide a solution.* 💰 Unreasonable extra charge: When we requested just 2 hours of additional time, we were asked to pay an extra 1,500, which felt unreasonable.For the price paid, the basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, water supply, customer service, and hospitality were not met at all.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you want to deal with dirty rooms, bad smells, no water, inadequate beds, rude staff and terrible customer service.I will sleep in the bus waiting area rather than here

I recently booked this hotel after seeing the hotel details and room images posted on your platform. However, the actual experience was completely different from what was shown online.The room provided was not as shown in the pictures. There was no proper cleanliness or basic maintenance, and I did not feel that the property was safe or suitable for couples or families. There was also no lift, and several basic facilities were not provided, including drinking water, towels, soap, etc.The overall room quality was very poor and did not meet the standards represented in the listing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.I request your team to verify properties properly before adding them to your platform. Your representative should physically visit the hotel and verify whether the photos, facilities, cleanliness, safety, and other details mentioned in the listing are actually available.Please investigate this property and take appropriate action to ensure other customers are not misled by incorrect information.
