Terrible management and outdated rooms.The management here has zero respect for families. They lure you in with a fake price, then try to extort double the money from you the next day. An older manager at the front desk, as well as Mr. Kataria was incredibly rude to my family, outright dismissing the audio proof we had of our agreed-upon rate and forcing us to check out immediately.Don't be fooled by the outside of the building. The interiors are extremely outdated, old window ACs, terrible showers, and uncomfortable beds. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived and wouldn't even accommodate our parking. It temporarily ruined our trip, but thankfully there are much better, cheaper, and more respectful hotels in the exact same lane. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Avoid at all costs.Extremely disappointing and insulting experience with Hotel Citi International, Karol Bagh.We were a family of 5 adults and had confirmed the stay amount on call. The hotel clearly quoted ’6,500 for both nights, and we even had the call recording. However, while settling the pending ’2,000, the reception suddenly claimed another ’6,500 was pending for the second night. When we showed the recording, instead of accepting their mistake professionally, the elderly manager at reception rudely told us to either pay or check out immediately.This was embarrassing and insulting, especially as my father was the one speaking to them. Even after making them speak to my uncle, who regularly stays there, they refused to handle the matter respectfully.We moved to another hotel next to it, as the elderly manager and Mr. Kataria didn't even said anything to resolve the issue but rather just said to checkout.The hotel itself is very outdated: old interiors, window ACs, old bathrooms, joined single beds passed off as double beds, and no proper parking support. The exterior looks painted, but the rooms are not upgraded.I would not recommend this hotel to families. Poor transparency, rude behaviour, and a very unpleasant experience.

It was truly an outstanding and memorable experience staying at this hotel during the Taekwondo Championship at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.Our Team Manipur contingent, comprising 40 members including athletes, officials, parents, and small children, received exceptional hospitality and care throughout the entire stay. Managing such a large sports group is never easy, but the hotel staff handled everything with remarkable professionalism, discipline, and warmth.A very special and heartfelt appreciation to Viren Ji at the reception, whose dedication, humble nature, and outstanding coordination made a huge difference to our experience. From room arrangements to team requirements and transportation coordination, he ensured every issue was addressed promptly and efficiently. His supportive attitude and professional conduct truly deserve recognition.We are also sincerely thankful to the hotel management for arranging smooth and well-coordinated bus services for our daily movement to and from Talkatora Stadium. The transportation support was punctual, comfortable, and extremely well managed, which greatly helped our athletes remain focused and stress-free during the championship.The morning breakfast arrangements were excellent, with hygienic, fresh, and timely meals served every day. The food quality, variety, and service were highly appreciated by both adults and children alike.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and properly organized for our group requirements. What impressed us most was the respectful behavior, discipline, and genuine hospitality shown by every member of the hotel staff throughout our stay.On behalf of Team Manipur, I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel management and staff for making our championship tour successful, comfortable, and memorable. Your support and hospitality played an important role in ensuring a positive experience for our entire team.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this hotel to sports teams, official delegations, families, and group travelers visiting New Delhi.

The hotel is good, clean, location is also good. The turn off was we were 3 person in the room they charge for extra person but, extra water bottel tea bag are not provided accordingly. The second day too they dont provide packaged water bottel only RO water. very strange policy
