Hotel is in a very good location near two big malls Seasons mall and Amanora mall.Room staffs are good.Room is very neat and clean and everything inside room are clean.
The staff especially the guy at the reception needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. He c gave me a room which was under construction when other rooms were available. The room was facing the highway on which a lot of heavy vehicles ply at night making so much noise that I could hardly sleep through the night. Essential items like electric kettle, toilet paper etc were not available and had to be asked for.
No breakfast. No tea. Rooms are good. Staff is polite . But amenities are very less . No kettles in room as claimed. Good for night halts only
