Stay Away! Dirty Rooms, Hostile Staff, and Unsafe Atmosphere..I had a terrible experience at Hotel City Empire and would strongly advise anyone’especially women’to avoid this place..Filthy Conditions: The room was nothing like the photos online. The bedsheets and pillowcases had visible stains, and the bathroom was completely unhygienic with a broken toilet seat. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks.Rude & Unprofessional Staff: The management is incredibly arrogant. When I raised concerns about the cleanliness, the staff was dismissive and even aggressive.There are also reports of them overcharging guests and refusing refunds even for services not provided.Serious Safety Concerns: The hotel feels very "creepy" and poorly lit at night.I felt extremely unsafe due to the suspicious atmosphere and the hotel's restrictive, discriminatory policies. The surrounding Paharganj area is already shady, but this hotel adds to the discomfort with its lack of basic security and professional conduct.Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. This place is not worth the risk or the money

’ Worst Experience Ever ’ Fraud & Unprofessional BehaviorHotel Name: City Empire ’ New Delhi Railway Station, PaharganjThis was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Highly unprofessional, dishonest, and irresponsible staff.I had booked this hotel one month in advance and paid advance payment. On the day of check-in, when we reached early morning, they said room will be given at 12 PM. We accepted and went out for our work.When we returned in the evening, they suddenly refused to give us the room, saying no room is available! This was shocking and unacceptable.They had sold our confirmed room to someone else at a higher price.Because of their cheating:We had to call the policeOnly after police intervention did we get our advance refundAt 11 PM at night, we were forced to search for another hotel with family, causing huge stress, harassment & inconvenienceThis kind of behavior is completely unethical and unacceptable.’ No professionalism’ No commitment’ No customer respect’ Fraudulent booking practices’’ Strong warning to all travelers:DO NOT book this hotel even by mistake. Pathetic service and cleanliness. I keep traveling quite a bit for work and this one of the worst hotels I have been to. Breakfast options are horrible, room service had to be constantly reminded to keep things in our room and overall experience was horrible.Not recommended at all!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked the ’Superior Studio’ room for 3 nights, only to find the room not matching some of the images provided and almost none of the ’facilities/amenities’ included. The room was gross, it was as if they didn’t bother cleaning it. The pillow case was ripped and had stains and the pillows were badly stained. The bathroom was dirty, the room is supposedly ’noise-proof’ but the noise is far worse than my new hotel just down the road. I had someone outside the hotel tell me the street isn’t safe and to be careful. Upon requesting a refund, without even staying a night, the receptionist told me to come back the next morning when his manager would by here and that he agreed that the room is unacceptable. I came back the next day only for the ’manager’ to decline any refund, even for the nights I hadn’t stayed there. Absolutely ridiculous service along with a disgusting room. Perhaps the only good thing about this hotel is the nice security guard. Let me implore everyone thinking of booking this place- DO NOT BOOK.

Staying with hotel city empire is s right choice of mine because hotel at a perfect location I mean in the city centre and the hotel staff is very good food we had wad really delicious one more thing there travel desk service is very quick and comfortable with price we book a same day trip of agra by car and we really enjoyed our trip thanks to travel manager of the hotel city empire to make a unforgettable short trip for us I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay
