This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. I booked my stay online, but when I arrived, I decided not to check in because the owner's behaviour was extremely unprofessional, rude.I was scammed out of ’1,500, and there was no willingness to resolve the issue or provide any support. The staff were unhelpful, customer service was terrible, and they showed no concern for guest satisfaction.The hotel does not provide the basic facilities or convenience that customers expect. Their management is dishonest, communication is poor.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and not book a stay here. Save your money and choose a place that values its customers and provides honest service.

The hotel is a fraud. We accidentally booked for the wrong day, and when we asked the owner to change the date, he initially agreed. But once we arrived, he refused to cooperate. That was disappointing, but then he tried to charge us extra money. We traveled a long way and only asked if they could hold our bags so we could explore the market, but they refused to help in any way. I advise avoiding this place as they are unhelpful and the location feels very suspicious.

One of the worst hotel I have ever had. The hotel location is extremely inconvenient, surrounded by roadside shops and a crowded market area. The pictures shown online are misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the Entrance and outdoor of the property.There is no in-house parking facility. If you are travelling with family and carrying luggage, be prepared to park your vehicle several kilometers away from the hotel, which is extremely inconvenient.The hotel is located inside a very crowded market, with shops directly in front of the entrance, making access difficult and uncomfortable.DON'T GO OR BOOK THIS HOTEL, THEY DONT REFUND, THEY DONT LISTEN.
