Worst hotel staff behaviour I ever deal with, I booked a family room in this hotel without aware of the hotel environment. Before visit to hotel I come to know that this hotel is a pure C-grade hotel and not suitable for a family. I cancelled my booking but hotel staff not refunded me any amount which I have paid as an advance at the time of booking. Staff behaviour is so bad that I have no word left for them. It's a pure OYO Rooms type hotel

The hotel staff showed the worst behavior I have ever encountered. I reserved a family room here without knowing the hotel's environment. Before arriving, I found out that this hotel is a low-quality C-grade place and not appropriate for families. I canceled my reservation, but the staff refused to refund the advance payment I made. Their attitude was so terrible that I am at a loss for words. It feels just like a typical OYO Rooms hotel.

Not up to the mark. We checked in at 5:30 am in the morning and checked out at 8:15 am the very same day,yet they charged us for Rs. 1200/- altough online rates were something around 800/-We asked them for tea,but that too,was not provided.Room was very small,and basic. AC was not working.Overall,not a very good experience.

We requested tea but it was not served. The room was small and simple, and the AC was not functioning. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.
