The hotel is good value for money. The surroundings are not that gr8 as its small lanes v crowded, main road v busy. Plusses are it is 5 minutes from Delhi metro stn
My stay at Hotel Shanti Plaza was very disappointing. The manager acted in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We were not informed at booking that visitors would not be allowed after 10 PM. Although we paid for two nights, we left on the same day due to the poor experience, but the hotel refused to refund the unused night. The manager's handling of the issue was especially upsetting. Good hospitality should involve respectful communication and clear explanation of policies before payment. I strongly advise guests to verify visitor rules, check-out and refund policies, and any other restrictions before paying.
