HOTEL EUREKA GRAND

This hotel is the worst hotel that I have came across. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets are never cleaned or washed and are full of stains. Upon complaining the hotel staffs does not even have cares about this. The most of the lights in the rooms are not working.From the manager to receptionist to cleaning boy, the behaviour of every staff is very rude and they won't even listen to your problems. We have came accross scenerios that the male and female staffs uses hotel rooms to spend personal times together in the hotel rooms during their duty time.This hotel is a hell on earth. I would recommend not to visit this hotel. I have added the screenshots which depicts the condition of the bedsheets and pillow covers provided by the hotel.

Very pathetic hotel, staff and service, there staff behaviour was like they offer us free stay, their room was pathetic, dirty, bathrooms are very dirty, Air condition not working properly, even you ordered a bottle of water they ask for two or three times after amount has been paid. Staff behaviour was very rude, and there is a person claiming that the hotel belongs to him, don’t know exactly that he is the original owner or a broker, his name is Salam Ali, please be aware of this person, he is a fraud. His face speaks it louder that he is a cheater.I ordered breakfast in the restaurant they took the order and after half an hour they call me up and told me that i have to pay the double price for the breakfast then only they serve the breakfast to us. At the time of checkout i cleared all the due payment along with tea bills and water bottles, after two days they called me up and ask for the money again.Totally unprofessional staff, very bad hotel, not recommended at all

Creepy, Dirty, and Rude ’ Stay Away!The moment we stepped into the room, it felt haunted ’ like someone invisible was following us. The entire atmosphere was eerie and uncomfortable, enough to trigger genuine fear. We checked in around 4 AM, hoping for some rest, but instead got a nightmare.Despite charging more than nearby hotels, the room was in terrible condition. The water was yellow and dirty, clearly not fit for use. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it impossible to relax. The bedsheet looked used and not properly washed, adding to the unhygienic conditions.On top of that, there were frequent power cuts, and the AC barely worked. Within 20 minutes, we decided to check out due to the unbearable condition. When we asked for a refund, they tried to deduct ’1000 for those 20 minutes! After 30 minutes of back-and-forth, they returned only ’2900 from ’3500, and their arrogant attitude made things worse ’ they said, ’Jo karna hai karo, paise nahi milenge.’This hotel is the perfect example of how looks can be deceiving. The service, hygiene, and attitude were all unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

This hotel is located in the center of the city and manager Mr pankaj was really kind and helped me with all my queries since I’m new to the city. The service and the food were really good. 10/10 recommend this place.
