’ Very Disappointing Experience ’ The Gallery 67 HotelWe had a very disappointing experience at The Gallery 67 Hotel. We went there for check-in, but the behaviour of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.We were informed that if we checked in before 12:00 noon, we would have to pay an additional 50% of the room charge as an early check-in fee. We understand that early check-in may be subject to availability and additional charges, but demanding such a high extra amount without a proper explanation or prior clear information was very disappointing.What made the experience worse was that when we tried to make the booking through an OTA, the room rate increased within just 5 minutes. This kind of pricing behaviour and lack of transparency made us uncomfortable.As travellers, we expect hotels to provide transparent pricing, professional communication, and respectful treatment of guests. Unfortunately, our experience at The Gallery 67 Hotel did not meet these basic expectations.We do not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
