Disappointing Unprofessional Stay

I visited yesterday, and although I've stayed here many times before, this visit was very disappointing. In the morning, I called to book a room and clearly asked not to be given a specific room, which they confirmed and said other rooms were available. But when I called later, I was told that only the room I wanted to avoid was free. When I arrived to check in, I spoke with the staff member who had talked to me on the phone. A woman at the reception suddenly interrupted and spoke to the young man as if I was causing trouble just by raising my concerns. She even said we were making a scene. I want to alert Hotel Green Leaf management that the AC units in the rooms often leak water, the service is poor, and food prices have increased without notice until paying the bill. We paid without argument, but you should reconsider having that woman at reception. She was extremely rude and had a bad attitude, damaging your hotel's image. She never apologized and ignored us completely. We stay here because we feel safe, but if this continues, it will hurt your reputation. I will also think twice before coming back. I felt very humiliated and urge the owner or manager to address these issues seriously.
