Never book this hotel by seeing the picture, it's entirely different from what is shown in the photo. once I reached hotel it was so horrible. The rooms are small, stained blanket, bugs on the room, from outside it looks like new, but inside it's very disgusting, dogs lying & food waste in the stairways. ammenties shown in the pictures are not there, when I told reception about the ammenties that shown in photos, they don't have any clear answer. Not a good place for familes to stay. Not clean. Kindly anyone planning to stay in this hotel, first visit and see, then only pay money. Even though it's non refundable, I requested them, atleast to pay 50% but they didn't give me a single rupees.

This hotel is terrible and very unclean; I strongly advise against staying here.

Do not book this hotel based on the pictures; it looks completely different in reality. When I arrived, the experience was terrible. The rooms are cramped, blankets are stained, and there were bugs inside. Although the exterior appears new, the interior is very unpleasant, with dogs and food waste in the stairways. The amenities shown in the photos are not available, and when I asked the reception about them, they gave no clear response. This is not a suitable place for families and is not clean. I advise anyone planning to stay here to visit first before paying. Even though the booking was non-refundable, I asked for at least a 50% refund, but they refused to return any money.

Their room and service are very nice, and the location is good.
