Price charged was around *** including for extra bed i.e. Double bed plus extra bed. What was provided were two beds 3 feet width. Room size was around 15 by 10 feet. The picture in the advertisement had suggested 370 sw. Ft. Area. Based on the room size, it was even practically impossible to accommodate third person. It was even claimed three adults along with two children can be accommodated. Normal room with double occupancy was priced around ***.. For three occupants, there were two cups, two glasses, two towels. I felt cheated and overcharged. My room was ***.. I had seen the room of my colleague who paid for single occupancy around *** but had a 350 sq. Ft. Room *** and conventional double bed. Normally, I might have kept quiet but not after being charged extra but getting inferior facility.
Facilities were very good. Helpful and courteous staff. Nice buffet breakfast spread. Clean rooms. At the time of check in front office staff handed over an apology letter for inconvenience due to the ongoing renovation of hotel. A very good gesture from hotel management. Overall good experience.
