Solo Traveller • India • Jun 2026they didn't allow to check in because i was with my friend they said need marriage certificate even my friends was from another country and it's okk i now the policy but still they can but tehy are asking to book another room but i didn't go and thaey didn't not return my money also
“Very bad experience. The room was extremely dirty and full of insects and mosquitoes. Bed sheets and covers smelled of sweat and clearly were not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was very unhygienic. I checked four different rooms on the ground floor and all of them had the same dirty and insect-infested condition. I am in Mumbai for my father’s spine surgery treatment, so hygiene was extremely important, but this hotel was completely unsuitable. The staff behavior was also rude and unhelpful. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
