Hotel Hindusthan International

Me and wife had booking in your Hotel from 11th-12th April . I was extremely disappointed to get an imperial room ( room no.726 ), whereas, I booked and paid for the colony room. There was no information given to me when I was alloted the room that I was downgraded to a lower category room. When I inquired from the reception, I was told that we are fully sold out today and we would change the room tomorrow morning, which never happened. Neither, was I contacted to be apprised about it. Moreover, the room I was alloted has a door inside from which all the noise of the other room was clearly audible which was really realt awkward ( one can well understand what all noises it could be from a hotel room)!! Absolutely disgusting service. Why should one pay such huge charges for such filth, whereas so many Star Category Hotels with better rates and better services, of course, are available and that too centrally located in Kolkata. It was really a filthy & horrible experience we had. This was my 3rd time stay in HHI, Kolkata and of course, the Last time ever I stayed in HHI, Kolkata.

I attended an award ceremony for Little Millennium at Hotel Hindusthan International's banquet and was really impressed with the service. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was also well-suited for the occasion.The banquet team did a great job in ensuring the event ran smoothly, and I appreciated their attention to detail. While there were some minor aspects that could be improved, overall, I was pleased with the experience.I would definitely recommend Hotel Hindusthan International's banquet services to anyone looking for a reliable partner to host their events. The team showed a clear commitment to providing a good experience, and I'm looking forward to considering them for future events.

In Google map it's displaying 5 star Hotel but actually it's not.As per i visited and ambiance and all it's should be 3 star ’ hotelHere Room is ok, but will not feel premium.Bathroom is small as compared to 5star hotel.Cleanness is ok.Room service is goodIt's road side and easy access to street and 22km distance to airport.Restaurant food taste is not upto mark as compared to 5star hotel, Everyone having different taste , it might me differ.Staff behaviour is good.Good to see all old and senior citizens staffs .Room Tv connection is not active with any channel, all are demo version.Fridge available, tea, cofee available on room.Iron for press is not available, that's terrible.As I mentioned all +ve and -ve comments.they should enhance the missing part for the 5star hotel.Here i attach some pictures.

We stayed here for 4 DN and observed that hotel is good in all respect but the nearby locations of the hotel are actually not so good so that you can even walk at nights or at reasonable time slots.Food is no doubt mouthwatering, service in the rooms is little bit time taking.Staff is polite and cooperative.

A decent one, but it's not a 5 star hotel, google however shows its a 5 star.The staff were good, the rooms however needed maintenance, and the building is very old and somehow they have modified it. They have covered the swimming pool as well, it's not in use. Food options could have been better
