Couple • India • Jun 2026The service was truly disappointing. The staff at the reception was pathetic and had no manners in dealing with customers. Even if they have to say no, there’s a way to do it politely.It is very poorly maintained. The hotel is located next to a sabzi mandi, and the outside area is dirty and unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible experience.This behavior is completely unacceptable. . I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Even when refusing requests, they could have been more polite. The hotel is not well kept. It is situated beside a vegetable market, and the surrounding area is dirty and unappealing. Overall, my experience was very bad. Such conduct is totally unacceptable. I would advise others to avoid this hotel.
