HOTEL KANDA CONTINENTAL

Our experience at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets were ripped and stained, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. The property's overall cleanliness was well below acceptable levels. The service was just as bad. We had to ask multiple times for basic amenities and services, but our requests were either ignored or delayed. Additionally, the staff spoke rudely and inappropriately during checkout and charged us extra without a clear explanation. They also refused to provide us with the bill. The hotel's entrance was in poor condition as well. The alley leading to the hotel was filthy, smelled bad, and was flooded with stagnant water due to rain, making access unpleasant. In summary, this was a very disappointing stay. Given the poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff behavior, and lack of basic hospitality, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were very rude, toiletries were not given despite asking four times, no room service was available, initially they agreed to provide it but later refused, no towels, no hand wash in the bathroom, TV was not working, and there was no RO water service.

Very nice location close to darbar sahib and other restaurants

THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE. NO SERVICES OFFERED. THE ROOM WAS UNCLEAN. THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR.
