Over all decent stay, smaller but clean rooms but if you are getting it around 2.5k. I paid the double during the weekend so the price was not justified
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My partner arrived at the hotel while I got late due to traffic , but the staff refused to allow her entry because the room was booked under my name. She has been waiting there with all booking details for more 7 hrs still they didn't allow to checkin .I understand that hotels may have security policies, but the way the situation was handled was extremely rude and unprofessional.The person in charge/manager spoke to me very rudely and was not willing to explain the policy properly. I was also told that outside food or online food orders are not allowed and that guests have to order food only from the hotel. However, I could not find this restriction clearly mentioned in the hotel description when making the booking. When I asked them to show me where this policy was mentioned, they were not willing to provide any clear information.The food quality was also disappointing. I ordered tea in the morning, and the taste was not good at all.The cleanliness and housekeeping service were another major issue. Although the hotel information mentions daily cleaning, the actual housekeeping service was not satisfactory and the room was not properly maintained.Overall, the service, communication, cleanliness, food quality, and attitude of the management were disappointing. I expected much better hospitality and professionalism. I would strongly recommend that the management clearly mention all their policies on Agoda and train their staff to communicate with guests respectfully.
