Poor staff behavior, unclean toilets and faulty toilet flush

The staff behavior is quite bad; the cleaning staff do not respond well, and the reception's replies are unsatisfactory. The toilet flush in the room doesn't work properly, and the toilets are not as clean as depicted in the pictures. The water quality is poor and tastes boring. They even have trouble providing extra towels. Final verdict: Do not visit this hotel; the pictures shown are misleading and the reality is completely different.
