All images are AI edited, the actual property looks very different, the property is old and not recently constructed.Wont get any options for breakfast, even getting a tea would take time.Will have to demand for any amenities.

Solo Traveller • India • Oct 2026Our experience at the hotel was not very satisfactory. In the first room we stayed in, the TV and AC were working properly, but the geyser was not working. When we requested a room change, the geyser was working in the new room, but the bed was smaller and the TV was not working.Apart from these room issues, the behaviour of the hotel staff was also not very friendly or cooperative. Overall, we expected better service and facilities from the hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience.

The room was dirty, spider webs were present, the washroom was unhygienic, and basic facilities such as the AC and TV were not working.Most concerning was the difference between the listing and the actual property. The photos shown on Agoda appeared highly edited and, in my view, did not accurately represent the real condition of the hotel. This can seriously mislead customers when making a booking decision.Agoda should take responsibility for verifying the accuracy of property photos, descriptions, and claims before allowing them to be displayed to customers. Customers spend their money based on the information provided on the platform, and this experience did not match what was advertised.My advice to other customers: do not rely solely on the Agoda photos or the “newly built” description. Verify the property's current condition through recent, genuine customer reviews and photos before booking.Very poor experience. I would not recommend this property, and Agoda needs to do much better verification of such listings.
