Unacceptable Price Issue

ery bad experience. I had confirmed the room rate before arrival, but when I reached the hotel, the staff refused to honor the agreed price. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and shows lack of professionalism. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Very disappointing experience. I had confirmed the room rate ahead of time, but upon arrival, the staff would not honor the agreed price. This led to avoidable trouble and reflects poorly on their professionalism. I would not suggest staying here based on this.
