Extremely poor hospitality. After waiting for 10 minutes at the front desk, the staff said they do not accept reservations from people from other states. Is this how you treat your guests? If you don't take reservations from out-of-state guests, then you should shut down the hotel. There's no point in running a place with such unpleasant people and attitude. I advise anyone not from Coimbatore to avoid this hotel as they clearly don't know how to treat their guests. Very disappointing.

Worst stay ever …. Just pathetic dont book this property ever guys , They show different property on the app . It was a terrible stay. We were literally praying for morning to come as quickly as possible so we could leave this place. The entire property had such a negative vibe that I’ve never felt anything like it in my life.The bathroom was in horrible condition—the Western toilet was completely clogged. The mattress was too small, more suitable for a single bed. There was no table, no drinking water, and no basic amenities. We even had to keep our clothes on top of our bags because there was nowhere else to put them.I paid 1,500 for this room, but honestly, it wasn’t even worth 300.
