I have never experienced such a poor room stay in my life.The blanket and bedspread were covered with women's hair and had several stain marks, which clearly indicates that proper housekeeping was not done before check-in.The property did not provide even the basic amenities such as a dustbin, mirror, bathroom mat, soap, or drinking water.The most disappointing part was the behavior of the reception staff. They were extremely rude and kept asking for additional money beyond the agreed charges.Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, facilities, and customer service.
I did my confirmed booking via Agoda. Com, I paid in advance.. In the night 11pm at hotel manager told they don't have a any vacant room... What a funny reply. I spend my taxi fare & I reached at hotel & guy simpli said no vacant room.. Kindly remove this hotel from your booking list.
Room felt peaceful and welcoming always. Staff provided thoughtful touches for couple stays.
