The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were tidy.

The stay was pleasant, with clean rooms and bathrooms. It is located very near to Palam metro station.

Stay here only if you want to take a risk. There are just a few staff members who seem exhausted and unwilling to work. I booked for two days, but there was no water, no network, and no service. They should close down if they can't keep things running. A complete waste of money and time.

It was a horrible experience at this place.This is not a hotel. It is just a normal building with rooms, congested passages, and small rooms.It is very difficult to locate as there is no signboard. Even if you manage to find it at night, no one will open the door. If it is opened, the staff are in a drunken state and will allot the room only after an hour of your arrival.No one bothers about the guests. There is no water, no cleanliness, and the rooms and toilets are extremely dirty. There was not even water available to use the toilet.The staff were drunk and did not wake up even after repeated requests. I had to leave the place without taking a bath.I strongly request that no one should visit this place with family. Even as a single person, I felt unsafe because the staff and their friends were in a drunken state and were consuming alcohol on the premises.This is my personal experience.
