Disappointing Stay Experience

My experience at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. I really don't get how this place is rated as a five-star hotel. The cleanliness was way below what you'd expect. The bed linens, carpet, and towels were dirty, and I even noticed what looked like blood stains on some towels. The gym was also in bad shape with mosquitoes everywhere. The gym smelled awful, and the bad odor spread across the whole floor, making it unpleasant to use the facilities. Another big problem was the air conditioning in the hallways not working. When we told a staff member near the elevator, he didn't seem to care or take our complaint seriously. The customer service was just as bad. The morning receptionist was rude. When I asked for the hotel's phone number to check on my refund, he just said, "I don't know, Google it." This kind of attitude is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer five-star service.
