I goto into this hotel via Jayam Enterprises. What Jayam Enterprises show in their brochure is a clean and hygienic rooms. This place was complete opposite of hygienic. Mold and fungus infected walls. Untidy bathroom. But I had to stay for 12 hours hence i compromised.

First thing first, the front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He explained about the rooms and other services politely. He even gave a discount for the room. The room was very clean and neat. The main concern regarding the room is that, it's not spacious. But it's fine for a person.Apart from that, you will get one bottle of water, towel and soap. The bathroom was well cleaned.The residency is near to the railway station, and it's easy to access.A room for affordable rates near the central railway station is a blessing.

If there is a [Minus] rating, then that would be appropriate.This is a roach hotel full of cockroaches.... Not suitable for more than a day.Staff demands more money than what is shown online and the sheets they provide is dirty with soot and i dont think they even clean the floor properly.As an advise to all who want to book here... PLEASE DON'T.

Not suitable for more than a day.Staff try to get more money than what is shown online and the sheets they provide is dirty with soot and i dont think they even clean the floor properly.I was a bit late in checkout, and by the time i reached there, they have already opened the room and gone inside. Thankfully i was conscious enough to take the valuables away when i went outside.The staff are the danger for your security as even the door handles appear repeatedly broken...As an advise to all who want to book here... PLEASE DON'T.

It's better to stay on the roadside than to take a room in this hotel.The room is not very spacious, it is not the room you see in the photo when you see it in person. The bed sheet and pillow cover are not clean. The price shown on the app is not the price you see, you will pay more . If you pay in advance and don't like the room, there is no refund option. Very dirty and bad smell
