One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Think twice before booking a room here.The room had a strong foul smell. At times, it felt like staying next to a railway station public urinal. To make things worse, cockroaches were freely roaming around the room, including on the bed and in the bathroom at night.Another issue is their online booking process. They don't clearly show which room category you're actually booking. The listing displays attractive photos and amenities, but after booking, you often end up with a basic standard room that only has a fan. If you want an AC room or better facilities, you'll have to pay extra at the hotel.They also told me that if you book directly at the hotel, your stay is valid for 24 hours from the time you check in. However, if you book through an online platform, the booking follows the standard 12 PM check-in to 11 AM checkout policy. That means even if you check in at 12 AM (midnight), you still have to vacate by 11 AM the same morning or pay extra.Due to an urgent situation, I had to stay here with my family, but it turned into a pathetic experience. I would strongly recommend visiting the property first before booking. If you book online, choose the "Pay at Hotel" option so you can confirm the room type and terms before making the payment.
