Everything was good. Just that the staff is very rude a d loud all the time. Doesn't care about customer requests.
Worst hotel, I definitely do not suggest staying here. The staff are terrible; they ask for extra money and behave very rudely, almost like troublemakers. If you don't pay, their attitude changes completely, and they deliberately turn off your room's main switch every day. When you ask them to turn it back on, they make you wait a long time. These people are scammers and not trustworthy, deliberately bad. The rooms and services are awful, very dirty with no maintenance or bed sheet changes. The room has a very bad smell and no windows. The washroom is the same. Please choose another hotel to avoid this suffering.

The reception service was awful, and their attitude made the stay unbearable. The room was messy, had a bad odor, and the basic service was poor. Every request needed multiple reminders, yet the staff behaved as if customers were bothering them. It was a total waste of money. If I could, I would rate it zero stars. Avoid booking this hotel!
